The Cannon 9723-W59 Zeitfuchs 4 Cross-Arm w/Round Holder is designed to measure the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque Newtonian liquids with high precision. Because it complies with ASTM D445 and ISO 3104 standards, laboratories can perform viscosity testing using internationally accepted procedures. Moreover, the instrument can measure the kinematic viscosity of liquid (cutback) asphalts and road oils at 60 °C (140 °F). In addition, it can measure asphalt cements at 135 °C (275 °F) according to ASTM D2170.

Furthermore, the Zeitfuchs cross-arm design improves laboratory efficiency during viscosity testing.
