Bioreaktor IKA HABITAT cell Overview: The HABITAT Cell Control Tower Package is a sophisticated bioreactor system specifically designed for cell culture applications, offering precise monitoring and control of bioprocesses. This package includes a control unit with comprehensive connectivity options for gas supply, liquid addition, multi-parameter sensors, and temperature control, along with an easy-to-use tablet interface for seamless bioreactor operation.

Control and Monitoring:

• The intuitive software enables easy control and monitoring of bioprocesses and related parameters via a 10.4-inch tablet.
• Users can select from batch, fed-batch, and perfusion/continuous operation modes, catering to various cell culture techniques.
• The innovative Chaotic Mixing function ensures efficient and homogeneous mixing as needed.
• The control software offers clear calibration management, real-time data visualization, and complete process documentation, ensuring compliance with FDA CFR Part 11 (optional).

Gas Supply:

• Precise and individually adjustable gas supply is achieved through built-in mass flow controllers for four separate gas lines (N2, O2, air, and CO2), allowing a flow rate of 0.01 – 2 L/min tailored to cell growth needs.

Liquid Supply:

• Four integrated Watson Marlow pumps with adjustable direction and speed provide versatility in pumping various liquids, such as acids, bases, anti-foam agents, and feeding solutions, essential for managing mammalian cell culture media.

Sensors:

• The HABITAT bioreactor is equipped with advanced sensors for precise monitoring and control of key bioprocess parameters. The following sensors are included in our standard vessel package:

Temperature Control:

• Constant and precise temperature control during cultivation is guaranteed by the heating sleeve, tailored to the respective vessel size. (The heating sleeve is included with the HABITAT Cell Vessel package).
