The HABITAT ferment cct control tower package is specially designed for fermentation applications, providing precise monitoring and control of the bioprocess. It includes a control unit with comprehensive connection options for gas supply, liquid addition, sensors, and temperature control, along with a user-friendly tablet for easy operation of the bioreactor. Additionally, it offers the option to connect CO2, conductivity, and turbidity sensors.
Control and Monitoring:
Effortlessly monitor and control the bioprocess and associated parameters using the intuitive software and the 10.4-inch tablet attached to the control unit. Choose from batch, fed-batch, and perfusion/continuous operating modes, and benefit from the new Chaotic Mixing function for faster and more effective mixing. Calibration management, diagram overview, and complete process documentation are included for enhanced operation. An optional software version compliant with FDA CFR Part 11 requirements is also available.
Gas Supply:
Built-in mass flow controllers for 4 separate gas lines (N2, O2, air, and CO2) ensure precise, individually adjustable gassing, tailored to your cells’ requirements. Achieve flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 20 l/min.
Liquid Supply:
Equipped with 4 integrated Watson Marlow pumps, adjustable in direction and speed, providing flexibility to pump in and out various liquids (e.g., acid, base, anti-foam agent, feeding solutions).
Sensors:
Measure various parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, filling level, and foam using the sensors integrated into the HABITAT ferment cct control tower.
Temperature Control:
Ensure constant and precise temperature control during cultivation with the included heating sleeve, adapted to the respective vessel size.
