Ensure product compliance before delivery.Surface Treatment & Electroplating:
Monitor coating process precision in real time.
Working Principle
Depending on the selected probe, the MCT200 operates using either magnetic induction or eddy current principles to measure the thickness of coatings on metal substrates. These technologies allow precise, non-destructive evaluation without affecting the material or coating integrity.
Operating Conditions
Operating Temperature: -10℃ to +50℃
Storage Temperature: -30℃ to +60℃
Humidity: ≤90% RH
Avoid environments with heavy vibration, strong magnetic fields, corrosive chemicals, or excessive dust.
Calibration & Usage Tips
Enter calibration mode by pressing CAL and then Start while the device is off.
Calibrate using standard foils in ascending order: 0, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 μm.
Handle probes carefully and keep contact surfaces clean for accurate readings.
Avoid unplugging connectors forcefully and store in dry, clean environments.
Maintenance
Replace batteries promptly when low and remove them during long-term storage to prevent leakage.
Keep calibration foils clean and free of rust or scratches.
Store and transport the device in its original packaging to protect from impact and environmental damage.
