With its electronic controlled brushless motor, the OHS 100 Advance is the ideal solution for demanding applications, capable of operating with viscosities up to 70,000 mPa. The motor stirs up to 100 liters (H2O) with a maximum torque of 100 Ncm, ensuring the longest lifespan.

The SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology keeps the speed constant, automatically adjusting to viscosity changes. With electronic speed control from 30 to 1300 rpm, the OHS 100 Advance offers constant torque at any speed, ensuring stirring at maximum torque even at the highest speed.

SmartChuck™ Simplifies Shaft Accommodation:

The OHS Advance SmartChuck™ technology simplifies the shaft accommodation process, allowing for one-handed operation without the need for any tools. With two simple operations, you can unlock the protection ring to drive the shaft in and out with maximum ease. The instrument automatically blocks the analysis if the protection ring is opened during the stirring process, ensuring maximum safety.

Intuitive and Precise:

The OHS 100 Advance features an intuitive 3.5” TFT Display, guiding you to precisely set your working conditions and achieve reproducible results. With real-time torque measurement on display, you can monitor viscosity changes with a resolution of 1 Ncm. Interact with the OHS Advance through the real-time graph showing speed, torque, and temperature of your test.

Temperature Control:

Equipped with a Pt100 temperature probe, the OHS Advance allows you to constantly monitor the temperature of your reaction. Set the instrument to reduce speed or interrupt the task if the temperature reaches a defined value, crucial for avoiding interference from exothermic reactions.

Connectivity Options:

The OHS Advance offers the possibility of controlling and monitoring processes through a Wi-Fi connection to VELP Ermes and USB. VELP Ermes cloud platform allows you to control the OHS Advance from PC, smartphone, and tablet through a simple and intuitive web interface.
