Ideal for demanding applications, the OHS 200 Digital operates with viscosities up to 100,000 mPa. Its electronic controlled brushless motor can stir up to 100 liters with a maximum torque of 200 Ncm, ensuring the longest lifespan.

SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology automatically adjusts the speed to viscosity changes. With two-speed gears, it provides optimal performance for both high torque and high-volume operations:

• Speed gear 1: 6-400 rpm
• Speed gear 2: 30-2000 rpm

The brushless motor and microprocessor guarantee excellent performance, setting the OHS series apart from conventional overhead stirrers. The torque remains stable throughout the entire speed range, ensuring stirring at maximum torque even at the highest speeds, critical for test reproducibility.

SmartChuck™ for Easy Shaft Accommodation

OHS Digital SmartChuck™ technology simplifies shaft accommodation, requiring only one hand and no tools. With two simple operations, you can unlock the protection ring to drive the shaft in and out with maximum ease. During stirring, the opening of the ring automatically blocks the analysis, ensuring maximum safety.

All necessary information is available at a glance. The dedicated Torque Display with 4 LED segments informs about viscosity changes during operation. The OHS Digital integrated timer allows unattended operations, programmable from 1 minute to 99.59 hours.
