The HABITAT ferment cct control tower package is designed for fermentation applications, providing advanced monitoring and control of the bioprocess. It features a comprehensive control unit with versatile connection options for gas supply, liquid addition, sensors, and temperature control, accompanied by a user-friendly tablet for seamless bioreactor operation. This package also allows for the integration of CO2, conductivity, and turbidity sensors.
Control and Monitoring: Effortlessly monitor and control the bioprocess and its parameters using the tablet connected to the control unit and intuitive software. Select from batch, fed-batch, and perfusion/continuous operating modes. The new Chaotic Mixing function ensures faster and more effective mixing as needed. With a 10.4-inch tablet, you gain direct access to all actuators on the main screen. Calibration management, diagram overview, and complete process documentation are included. Optionally, a software version compliant with FDA CFR Part 11 requirements is available.
Gas Supply: Equipped with built-in mass flow controllers for four separate gas lines (N2, O2, air, and CO2), ensuring precise and individually adjustable gassing, tailored to your cells’ requirements. Achieve flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 20 l/min.
Liquid Supply: Featuring four integrated Watson Marlow pumps, offering adjustable direction and speed, providing versatility in pumping various liquids (such as acid, base, anti-foam agent, and feeding solutions) in and out.
Sensors: The HABITAT ferment cct control tower facilitates the measurement of various parameters using sensors, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, filling level, and foam.
Temperature Control: Guarantee constant and precise temperature control during cultivation with the heating sleeve, adapted to the respective vessel size. (Heating sleeve included with the HABITAT cell vessel package).
