ETECH EIE-FP93-3 TOUCHLESS AUTOMATIC PENSKY MARTENS FLASH POINT TESTER
The Touchless Automatic Pensky Martens Flash Point Tester, developed by Canada Etech International Enterprises Inc. (EIE), adheres to ASTM D93-2010, ISO 2719, and GB/T 261-2008 standards. This device employs the latest international design concepts and testing methods, enhancing the automation of flash point testing, ensuring measurement accuracy, and reducing operator error.
Key Features
- One-Button Start: The tester automates ignition, heating, stirring, detection, pressure correction at flash point, printing, and cooling.
- Advanced Technology: Utilizes a 32-bit ARM processor, a high-precision platinum resistor, and a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter.
- Non-Contact Stirring: The first tester to use this innovative method.
- Built-in Atmospheric Pressure Sensor: Ensures accurate pressure corrections.
Functionality
The tester measures the flash point in a closed cup setup under specified conditions. The test flame ignites the sample vapor, spreading to the liquid surface, with the lowest temperature corrected to an atmospheric pressure of 101.3 kPa. The flash point serves as a crucial safety and volatility index for flammable liquids, impacting production, transportation, storage, and use.
Applications
Suitable for measuring the flash point of liquids as specified in ASTM D93, the tester operates in strict adherence to standard procedures, meeting all accuracy requirements. It is widely applicable in industries such as petroleum, electric power, railway, aviation, water transport, and scientific research.
