Product Features
First, the semi-micro Ubbelohde design enables viscosity measurement with a minimum sample volume of approximately 1 mL. In addition, the initial sample can be diluted up to 20 mL for intrinsic viscosity determinations, making it highly effective for polymer and solution analysis.
Moreover, the suspended-level configuration maintains a constant hydrostatic head during testing. Consequently, it ensures stable and consistent flow behavior for reliable results. This model is supplied as an uncalibrated viscometer, offering flexibility for laboratories that perform internal calibration. However, a calibrated version is available under model 9722-H59.
Specifications
The minimum required sample volume is approximately 1 mL. For intrinsic viscosity studies, the sample may be diluted up to 20 mL. The minimum bath depth required is 240 mm (9.5 inches), ensuring proper immersion and temperature stability during operation.
