The DURAN Wheaton Lined Aluminum Seal (224223-01) is a tear-out type crimp seal engineered from natural aluminum and fitted with a PTFE/Rubber liner. Designed for vials with an outer diameter of 13 mm, it provides strong, sterile sealing while allowing controlled tear-open access to vial contents without disturbing stopper integrity.

The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) layer delivers excellent chemical resistance and prevents reaction with sensitive samples.
