Etech EIE-GAS-03 TOTAL SULFUR AUTO SAMPLER
The advanced software enables simultaneous operation of two total sulfur analyzers, conducting analyses automatically in their predetermined sequence. Key features include:
- Automated Sample Handling: Capable of running multiple samples automatically without manual intervention.
- Passivated and Deactivated Piping System: Prevents the adsorption of trace samples, ensuring accurate results.
- Inert Gas Blowing Function: Purifies the injection system, minimizing sample interference in the pipeline.

The self-developed software system automates sample sequencing, gas chromatography initiation, and method selection, reducing human errors. It is compatible with different total sulfur analyzers, enhancing convenience.
With a passivated and deactivated internal pipeline, sulfur absorption is prevented. The cylinder features a ¼” connection for quick attachment to customer connectors.
Furthermore, multi-line control valves facilitate continuous analysis without leaks or sample interference. Swagelok components ensure reliable connections, preventing contamination among samples.
The steel cylinder includes a replaceable built-in filter for gas purification, ensuring accurate results. Additionally, high-precision pressure regulator and flow valves are equipped, with a set flow rate of 30ml/min.
The steel cylinder’s stable upright placement, connected from the bottom, enhances stability. Each sampling cycle initiates after a 30-second sample blowing period, ensuring consistency in analyses.
