Hanna HI713-25 Phosphate LR Checker HC
The Hanna HI713-25 reagent set contains 25 high-quality, pre-measured packets designed for use with the HI713 Phosphate LR HC. These reagents are formulated using the Ascorbic Acid Method, where phosphate in the sample reacts with the reagent to form a blue-colored complex. The Checker HC then measures the intensity of the color to determine the phosphate concentration in ppm (mg/L).
This reagent set is ideal for anyone needing fast, accurate, and reliable phosphate testing, whether in environmental monitoring, aquariums, hydroponics, or laboratory analysis.

Measurements
Sample Clarity: Ensure the sample is free from debris before testing.
Clean Cuvettes: Wipe the outside of the cuvette with a lint-free cloth or HI-731318 to remove fingerprints or smudges.
Avoid Bubbles: Do not shake the cuvette—gently swirl or tap to remove air bubbles that could affect the reading.
Timely Reading: Take the measurement immediately after adding the reagent to prevent color change drift.
Prevent Staining: Discard the reacted sample immediately after testing to protect the cuvette glass from permanent staining.
