Working Principle
The MXT-1200 generates short-wave radiation (similar in spectrum to natural X-rays) via a high-voltage internal emitter. The radiation is focused through a collimator and passes through the conveyor belt under test. A flat-panel image intensifier captures variations in absorption due to differences in material density—such as steel cords, internal tears, or rust—producing a clear, real-time visual image of flaws on a screen for immediate analysis.
