The SP-UV1000 Spectrophotometer is a versatile and reliable instrument designed for a wide range of applications. It features the ability to save up to 200 group data sets and 200 standard curves, ensuring that your data remains intact even after a sudden power failure. The system automatically sets the wavelength for calibration, covering a broad range from 190 to 1100 nm. It also supports automatic switching between Tungsten and Deuterium lamps, offering seamless operation in a stand-alone mode. The large sample compartment accommodates cuvettes with path lengths ranging from 5 to 100 mm, with optional holders available.

For enhanced functionality, the optional ‘Wave Professional’ software allows computer control and offers additional features such as spectrum scanning, time scan (kinetics), multiwavelength scanning, and nucleic acid/protein measurement. A wide range of accessories is also available to meet various application needs.
