The SP-V1000 Spectrophotometer can store up to 200 sets of data and 200 standard curves, ensuring data retention even in the event of a sudden power outage. It features an automatic wavelength calibration system, covering a range from 190 to 1100nm. The spectrophotometer automatically switches between Tungsten and Deuterium lamps, and is fully capable of operating independently with all necessary functions. Its large sample compartment accommodates cuvettes with path lengths ranging from 5 to 100mm, with optional holders available. Additionally, the optional ‘Wave Professional’ software allows for computer control and advanced functions, including spectrum scanning, time scan (kinetics), multi-wavelength scanning, and nucleic acid/protein measurement (SP-V1100/SP-UV1100). A wide array of accessories is also available.
