The Viscometer Cannon 9724-G28 BS/IP/MSL 7 Calibrated is a miniature suspended level viscometer, size 7, designed to measure the kinematic viscosity of transparent Newtonian liquids according to ASTM D445 and ISO 3104. It works with a small minimum sample volume of 4 mL and requires a bath depth of 305 mm (12 in), so it is efficient even when sample availability is limited. The viscometer is calibrated at 40 °C, and the viscometer constant remains the same at all test temperatures, which simplifies calculations and improves consistency.
