Mitech MH100 Leeb Hardness Tester
Compact and Portable Hardness Tester for On-Site Metal Testing
Brand: Mitech
Model: MH100
Product Overview
The Mitech MH100 is a pen-type, portable hardness tester designed based on the Leeb hardness testing principle. It delivers quick, accurate, and reliable hardness measurements for a wide range of metallic materials. Featuring a lightweight, compact design, the MH100 is highly suitable for on-site testing, especially on large, heavy, or permanently assembled components that are difficult to transport.
With support for automatic conversion to multiple hardness scales (HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HRA, HV, HS), USB data communication, and built-in data storage, this device offers an ideal solution for quality control, inspection, material identification, and failure analysis across various industries.
Key Features
Compact and Lightweight Design
Pocket-sized form factor (148 × 33 × 28 mm) and only 80g in weight, ideal for handheld use in any field environment.Wide Measuring Range
Covers a hardness range of 170 to 960 HLD with an accuracy of ±6 HLD.Multi-Hardness Scale Conversion
Supports automatic conversion between Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC, HRB, HRA), Vickers (HV), and Shore (HS) scales.Large Data Storage
Capable of storing up to 100 groups of measurement data (1–32 impacts per group), including single values, average, material, date, time, direction, and more.USB Data Transfer
Easily connects to a PC for data transfer, report generation, and parameter configuration via included software.High-Contrast LCD Display
Provides clear visibility of test results, remaining battery power, and charging status.Automatic Software Calibration
Ensures reliable readings without manual adjustments.Supports D-Type Impact Device
When testing steel with the D sensor, the device can directly display Brinell Hardness (HB) values.Durable and Stable Performance
Resistant to vibration, shock, dust, and electromagnetic interference, suitable for demanding work environments.
