Measurement
Ensure the sample is free from debris.
Always wipe the outside of the cuvette dry and clean before inserting it into the checker—use a lint-free cloth or HI-731318 cloth.
Avoid air bubbles in the cuvette by gently swirling or tapping instead of shaking.
Do not delay the reading after adding the reagent—timing is critical for accuracy.
Dispose of the reacted sample immediately after reading to prevent glass staining.
